Enhancing access for rural and regional women

Travel and accommodation bursaries will be available for all successful applicants from rural and regional areas of Australia in 2025.

Women from rural, regional and remote areas of Australia deserve a seat at the decision-making table – but distance and cost too often stand in the way.

Thanks to our Rural and Regional Access Partner Minderoo Foundation, travel and accommodation bursaries are available for all rural and regional participants, ensuring women from all corners of the country can access the program.

The program has been free for participants since its inception, made possible through the generous support of the Trawalla Foundation, alongside our university partners. Read more.
