A record-breaking 26 alums of the QUT Pathways to Politics for Women program have announced their candidacy for the upcoming Queensland local council elections in March.
What’s new to the Knowledge Hub – including a blog post by UNSW Pathways to Politics alum & Hilma’s Network Founder Charlotte Mortlock, an interview with Pathways alum and Merri-bek City Council’s youngest ever Mayor Cr Angelica Panopoulos, workplace gender equality tools, and important research on politicians’ mental wellbeing, online harrassment, and women’s political representation globally.

Pathways to Politics for Women will go fully national in 2024 with the introduction of our award-winning program to Western Australia and Tasmania, boosting gender equality and diversity in Australian politics nationwide. The programs will run in partnership with the University of Western Australia and the University of Tasmania.
Pathways to Politics is proud to be featured in Philanthropy Australia’s “Inspiring stories of giving: volume 1.”, the first of a series of publications about the positive impact of Australian philanthropy.
