FORE Australia is a youth-led, non-partisan not-for-profit working to make public policy reform faster and fairer.

Their library of one-page briefs catalogues and presents the work of experts in a clear, accessible format to help you consider a range of evidence-based solutions.

Each brief typically follows a consistent Problem → Context → Advice → Precedent structure, and includes details such as the relevant decision-maker, potential legislative recommendations, and indicators of support or endorsement.

You can filter by Jurisdiction and by Topic, including:

  • Justice & Human Rights
  • Health
  • Disability & Aged Care
  • Social Services & Communities
  • Climate, Energy & Environment
  • Technology & AI

FORE Australia does not advocate for particular policy positions. Their policy briefs are produced by participants in FORE Australia’s volunteer programs, who draw on research, expert input, and engagement with stakeholders including academics, NGOs, peak bodies and people with lived experience.

Fore Australia was founded by Pathways to Politics alum Lucy Skelton. Read more about the organisation.
